This collection was our first. A trait matrix with 5 levels of rarity and over a million possible combinations. The collection sold out and sequestered around 3,000 tons of atmospheric carbon through the project — equal to planting around 3,400 trees and letting them grow for 40 years. Users evolved their Genesis Ecosapiens each week for 7 weeks, adding carbon complexity and increasing chances for rarity.

The Ecosapiens community rallied to support Maui wildfire disaster relief, aiming to raise $10,000 through limited edition Mauisapien NFTs priced at $10 each.
